Zoe Ferrari commenced her career in Sydney in 2002 and spent 6 years working in CBRE’s Sydney head office before relocating to Canberra in 2010 where she has worked both in the agency market and in delivering major fit out projects.

Professional Experience

Zoe has a strong background in office leasing having focused on the project marketing of major Sydney assets for various institutional funds and private clients. Zoe also spent many years in Sydney working in the Strata subdivision sales market successfully selling down a number of major projects for clients such as Kyko Group and Abacus. Since moving to Canberra Zoe has worked in both agency and property management. Asset positioning and lease structure is at the forefront of each project Zoe works on and she understands the importance of communication with her clients and tenants. 

Zoe’s depth of experience and strong relationships with both institutional and private clients will further bolster our Canberra team and bring a new level of sophistication to the ACT market.
