Troy Pinder is the General Manager of McGrath Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads and Sawtell. A natural communicator and motivator, Troy focuses on building strong relationships with clients and tenants alike. He always strives to achieve premium results for his team and has a strong work ethic built on hard work and outstanding attention to detail. Having worked in customer service driven roles for 20+ years, most recently as General Manager for Northern NSW Woolworths group. Troy has developed a high level of industry knowledge since joining the McGrath team in December 2018. He is a loyal and dedicated leader who is passionate about supporting his team to achieve their goals both personally and professionally. Troy is right at home within the McGrath network, feeling that the culture within the business supports himself along with his team to achieve the best possible result in any situation.
